Kabhi socha hai, gaon ki wo chhoti si dukan, jahan radio par chalti film ke gaane hi duniya thi? Aaj wahi dukan smartphone se chamak rahi hai. Lekin kya yeh chamak sachchai dikhati hai? Waqt badal gaya hai, technology aagayi hai, par kya hamare gaon digital duniya ki iss andhi race mein tayyar hain? Kya unhe pata hai kaunsi khabar sahi hai, kaunsi jhoothi?
Kya Hai Yeh Media Literacy? Itihas Mein Ek Jhalak
Media literacy, simple bhasha mein, hai media ko samajhne ki chamta. Ismein aati hai media se aane wali information ko critically analyse karna, yeh jaanna ki kaun information de raha hai, kyun de raha hai, aur us information ka kya matlab hai. Basically, question karna!
Yeh concept naya nahi hai. Historically, printing press aane ke baad bhi logon ko yeh samajhne mein waqt laga tha ki kitni baatein sach hain, kitni propaganda. Radio aur television ke time bhi yahi hua. Lekin aaj, internet ke jamane mein, jab information har jagah se aati hai, media literacy aur bhi zaroori ho gayi hai, especially gaon ke logon ke liye.
Zameeni Sach: Gaon Mein Internet Aur Uski Awaaz
Imagine karo, Ramu kaka, jo kabhi sirf radio par cricket match sunte the, aaj WhatsApp par video dekhte hain. Unhe lagta hai jo video mein dikh raha hai, woh sab sach hai. Unhe nahi pata ki koi bhi, kahin se bhi, kuch bhi post kar sakta hai.
“Arre beta, yeh dekho, Modiji ne sabke account mein ₹15 lakh daal diye!” Ramu kaka apne padosi ko excited hoke bata rahe hain. Unhe nahi pata ki yeh ek jhoothi khabar hai, ek “fake news.”
Aisa hi case hai Laxmi didi ka, jo YouTube par beauty tips dekhti hain. Unhe lagta hai har “natural” product unki skin ke liye achha hai. Kabhi kabhi toh unki skin aur bhi kharab ho jaati hai, par unhe samajh nahi aata ki kya galat hua.
Gaon mein internet pahunch toh gaya hai, lekin knowledge nahi. Aur yeh gap bahut khatarnak hai.
Dharohar Aur Pehchan: Bharatiyata Aur Media Literacy
Bharatiyata mein humesha se satya (truth) aur vivek (discernment) ko importance di gayi hai. Humare puranon mein bhi kaha gaya hai ki har baat ko parakhna chahiye, bina soche samjhe vishwas nahi karna chahiye. Aaj bhi, gaon mein panchayat baithti hai, log aapas mein milkar problems solve karte hain. Yeh sab vivek, critical thinking ka hi part hai.
Media literacy Bharatiyata ki iss dharohar ko aage badhane ka ek tareeka hai. Yeh logon ko empower karta hai, unhe intelligent decisions lene mein help karta hai, aur unhe digital duniya mein apni pehchan banaye rakhne mein support karta hai.
Mazedar Tathya Ya Bhram-Bhanjak
Myth: Gaon ke logon ko internet ke bare mein kuch nahi pata.
Truth: Gaon ke log internet use kar rahe hain, lekin unhe guidance aur education ki zaroorat hai.
Myth: Fake news sirf logon ko bewakoof banati hai.
Truth: Fake news se riots ho sakte hain, politics change ho sakti hai, aur logon ki zindagi barbad ho sakti hai.
Drishya Aur Bhavnaen
Socho, sham ka waqt hai. Gaon ke log chabutre par baithe hain. Hawa mein mitti ki saundhi khushboo hai. Ek aadmi apne phone par ek news article padh raha hai. Uski aankhon mein hairani hai, gussa hai, dar hai. Uski feelings seedhe seedhe digital duniya se judi hui hain. Digital duniya ab gaon ke dil mein bas gayi hai.
